AAB - Randi Cairns

Randi Cairns ('87) is an expert in the nonprofit space and a professional at maximizing efficiency and effectiveness, creative problem-solving, and the good stewardship of resources for both individuals and businesses alike. A published author, editor, and public speaker, Randi is a master storyteller who excels at giving voice to people’s stories, forging personal connections, and tying content/copy to strong emotional calls to action.

Randi has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in human services with a focus on nonprofit management from Capella University. While she’s very proud of over two decades of advocacy on behalf of vulnerable populations, she’s most proud of the four amazing human beings who call her “Mom”.
