Daniel Shulman (Bronfman ’07) has played an active role in pluralistic Jewish organizations throughout his life, believing in their role as a vital fabric of today’s increasingly diverse Jewish world. Originally from Denver, Daniel has served on the Denver Jewish Day School board, where he led an initiative to shift fundraising toward supporting teachers, resulting in one of the largest dedicated teacher salary endowments in the country. Inspired by the creative potential of the Bronfman community, Daniel has also supported Bronfman Faculty member, Hannah Kapnik Ashar, to build Rahmana, her Denver-based women’s prayer initiative.
Daniel attended Stanford University, where he studied computer science, visual art, and music. After college he joined the original team at Snap, leading Android development as the company scaled to over 100 million daily active users. Currently, Daniel’s work focuses on music production in Los Angeles and architectural development in Denver.
