11Shira is an alumna of the Amitei Bronfman program (2010) and has held a variety of roles within the organization, including Logistical Coordinator, Mancha, and Director of the Alumni Community. Her professional experience also includes work at Beit Avi Chai, a leading cultural institute in Jerusalem dedicated to Israeli and Jewish culture, where she served as Director of the Youth Department. In this role, she created and led educational courses, cultural programs, and public events for teens. Previously, she founded and directed an evening Beit Midrash program at Orya Girls’ High School.
Shira has experience as a certified tour guide and has coordinated training courses for tour guides. In addition, for several years she wrote a history column for the biweekly children’s magazine Otiyot. She studied in the Beit Yisrael post–high school program and at the Lindenbaum Midrasha, and holds a BSW and a BA in Jewish History from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Shira is currently studying educational studies at the Kerem Institute. She lives in Jerusalem with her spouse, Amitai, and their two children, Michael and Naomi.
